Catawba Brewing Co.

North Carolina

Catawba forms the northern border of our footprint. Founded in 1999, Catawba has become a premiere craft beer across the Southeast, with over 20,000 barrels of annual production. Multiple taprooms from the mountains of Asheville to the coastal town of Wilmington, and from a hilltop in Charlotte overlooking the city skyline, Catawba Brewing Company has created a perfect blend of tap room revenue and off-premise, packaged sales. The White Zombie White Ale is one of the best-selling beers on the market. This beer alone, would qualify as one of the top 120 craft breweries in America by volume.

The oldest operating brewery in New Orleans, originally opening its doors in 1907. In 2020, the brewery was renamed Faubourg, the French word for “neighborhood”, as a tribute to connecting the diverse people and cultures that make up the one-of-a-kind New Orleans. Faubourg operates a state-of-the-art production facility that boasts a 100 BBL brewhouse, a high-speed canning line that fills 166 12-oz cans per minute, and a current brewing capacity of 85,000 BBLs per year with room to expand. Along with adding its distribution network in MS and LA, MBTW will utilize the Faubourg facility as its production headquarters. Common ownership with the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans opens a massive amount of marketing and branding opportunities.

Oyster City is our flagship lifestyle brand that is busting through our capacity quicker than imagined. We have been pleased with the strong consumer demand for this beer throughout all our distributor markets in the Southeast. The growth curve is steepening, along with the increasing number of “fan favorites” Oyster City continues to produce.

Palmetto Brewing was the first licensed brewery to open in the state of South Carolina since the fall of Prohibition. Palmetto is unique in calling itself the first and original in the state. Located on Huger Street on the historic Charleston, SC peninsula, Palmetto is our East Coast brewing hub. With almost 20,000 barrels of brewing capacity and a state of the art canning line, Palmetto will be a significant asset as we enter markets within the NC, SC, and GA coastal destinations.
