Roger has had over 30 years of corporate experience in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Production & Operations, Corporate Development, and Human Resources with multinational companies in the coatings & specialty chemicals, energy, and retail supply chain industries in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has a very unique global management multi-discipline skill set and has been involved intimately in integrating acquisitions totaling over $ 5 billion in revenues.

Roger’s passion for people has led to a career focus over the past 15 years in senior executive human resources roles at PPG Industries, National Grid, and Li & Fung. He is a specialist in organizational development and keenly focuses on helping organizations build talent and capability, and to drive and lead change and transformation.

Roger is currently a Partner at StarStep Partners, an entrepreneurial investment platform company, and also consults with organizations on strategic human resources matters.

Roger holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium, and an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Western Ontario in Canada.
